  I'm family of course but even when I wasn't the turley always treated u with kindness and politeness when Ted and Elsie were there tim helping it was always a great atmosphere and they knew people were grieving and how to treat them they still do it today tim and lisa do a great job and it hasn't always been easy for them you know it can't be easy to do funerals for u r own family members and still maintain a professional face but they have done it man times over so I say they r great at what they do and I couldn't ask for someone better for our family I rate it 5 stars wonderful people
